Be Like Water

Water is not blue
It’s clear
Wet too
But if it is clear
And not blue
Why does it seem so when I see it from the sky?
When I go up there to fly
It’s cause that is where it is blue
That is true
The sky

Did that blow your mind?
I hope not
Just think about it some time
Look around
Stand on firm ground
Look up
The sky is blue
And there is not water beneath you
But the sky stays the same
Always blue
Always do I love you
Water is clear
And in it
Is where life resides
Where creation started
And cells divide
Quantum worlds collide
Ritual suicide
And out of control homicide
Water is the vessel of the Divine
It can remember things
There at the beginning
Essential for all things living
Oh Lord
Please be forgiving
For we have been sinning
Only worried about winning
Please wash it all away
With your holy water
And let us start a new day
Listen to the suns rays
Not say
Listen
No need to delay
The welcoming of this new day
Because the Lord already did say
We would have our beginning
Our new hope
and New World
Where the past can be healed
The future alive
Our truth revealed
To live in peace and harmony
And the Lord’s radiant majesty
