You're Always Right, You're Always Wrong

It’s not one
It’s not two, three, or four
It is so many many more

If there’s only few
It is always one or the other
Winners
Losers
One Above
More and more below

I’m right
You’re wrong, but...
I’m right, and
You’re wrong:
The question remains

It’s a point of view
A perspective you take
Standing here: all that looks wrong to me
Standing there: all of this looks wrong to me
You’re always right
You’re always wrong
when there are two choices

It’s not about a point of view
It’s not about where you stand
Or how loud you exclaim: “who?”
“Us?”,”Them?”
We’re right, they’re wrong
You’re always right
You’re always wrong
When there are two choices

It is about possibility
The vastness of it all
It extends beyond the horizon
Above and below, all over, each little bit
All endless, all forever, all infinite

Let’s open our eyes
Open our hearts
Open our minds
Open up to the truth:
We are infinite

We have choices, let’s decide
To no longer pick sides and divide
Let’s choose to open up
See what might be
Show people our vision
So they can see

Let’s decide
We’re done with yesterday
It’s gone
We must face the pain
We must face the hurt
But we must use it
To move us
Challenge us
Not to recreate it, but...
Create the future we all want
