Here I am

In this place I stand

The same place I did land

When I arrived as part of God’s Plan

Now

Not sure

Unclear and hard to understand

Now I do not know what to do

Not sure which to

Choose

When there is a choice

Go left?

Go right?

I dunno

I hit the brake lights

Wait

And hope I can make sense

But everyone seems

So malevolent

You must be heaven sent

Because I do not need to choose

There is no win or loose

No wonder what to do

It’s easy when I’m with you

We should try

Just figure it out

Not worry about why

Do not deny

Or try and make it more

Or less

Give respect

We should try

Because it is the only way we can know

And along the way our hearts grow

I am unsure of so much

What about when tomorrow’s news breaks

A whole bunch of people tweet it’s fake

What to believe

Why?

Cause it is hurtful to try

So I won’t

We should try

Try and be something

Or maybe just a nice place to lie

I won’t be shy

Or only want to be high
