Gather around everyone
Like all nine planets
Around the sun
Come
Come
Yes, and the little ones
All need to hear
All are welcomed
Both far and near
We are together
In this life
On this planet
As one
One aspect of the Great Central Sun
Whether we be man
Or mouse
Whether be woman
Or rainbow trout
All is always one
Each heart beating different
Than the next one
But together in rhythm
Conducting by the waves of the sun
We have won
Defeated ourselves
No longer created our own hells
And dismal prison cells
Cleaned up the toxic well
Made sure the water was clean for all who dwell
Decided that no longer all we needed to do was sell
Or be chosen
And hear wedding bells
In the mirror
We saw our own reflection
Wondered why we cared so much about complexion
Looked more
And gazed into introspection
The choice was ours
And we chose to rise
Put all these petty things aside
So on Earth is where Heaven shall reside
And we will live in the Lord’s Paradise

To Hither I Go
To hither I go
To hither I come
To hither I went
To hither I return
Each season
Like a migratory bird
Or a nomadic heard
From one place
To the other
Then back
And do it all over
Is it really so bad?
To not follow the fad
Or wonder where or who
When you just do what you knew
By instinct
The map you were programmed with
To travel there
To come back
To a life thought unfair
People forget
How dare!
But to what I’ve learned
Nothing can compare
To breath fresh air
To feel the warmth of a gentle stare
To being open and completely bare
To achieve
I do not really care
But with you may I share
These few words
So I can feel heard
So the travels will not feel absurd
But a journey to take
A story to tell
Around the campfire
Or the wishing well
We need but travel together
But if I see you there
Or when I come back here
I’ll know it is clear
Our paths were laid side by side
So we always see each other on this ride
To hither I come
To hither I went
To hither I return
Each season
Like a migratory bird
Or a nomadic heard
From one place
To the other
Then back
And do it all over
Is it really so bad?
To not follow the fad
Or wonder where or who
When you just do what you knew
By instinct
The map you were programmed with

But if I see you there
Or when I come back here
I’ll know it is clear
Our paths were laid side by side
So we always see each other on this ride

If you want a better world
If you want to see smiles on the faces of little girls
If you want to see boys that are gentlemen
If you’re sick of hearing news of corrupt businessmen
If you want to have more friends
There is only one thing you can do to begin
Make yourself light
Be sure to shine bright
Go out and have fun at night
Duh, be nice!
Then others will be nice in return
Very simple to learn
But to the outside we always seem to turn
Others to blame
And others to judge
Even though that is not a humans job
It is for the one above
That power greater than any of us
In them put your trust
And your faith
For they created this place
You
And everything else too
But it is only you
Who
Can change the world around you
Not by blaming others
Or giving a silly speech for internet viewers
You change your world when you smile at a stranger on the bus
When you change your face to soft from rough
When you ask questions
And don’t just brag about your fancy stuff
When you desire no credit for what you did
Just did it anyway
Cause that is a better way to live
Cast off your fear of sin
For no human is perfect in deed
But from our inception
Our Divine holy seed
As ourselves is the only way we can be
That’s what God wants
So who said differently?
No need to believe
For we all know what each other needs
It’s love
Is it not plain to see?
If you want to see smiles on the faces of little girls
If you want to see boys that are gentlemen
If you’re sick of hearing news of corrupt businessmen
