Dance

We’re both at the party
The room is filled
Good cheer and good times
Will you be mine?
I know I did not call
To invite you to tonight’s ball
But I know you are here
That other one brought you
The one who put you in a glass shoe
Put you in a dress blue
But I see your more beautiful hue
At the party there will be plenty of dancing
Plenty of people enjoying themselves
The room filled
All the liquor top shelf
Even if you don’t want to dance with him
Keep dancing
Let me see your rhythm within
This is how I will know it is you
We’ve both been coming to this party for a long time
Bringing yours and mine
But it is for you I pine
Write silly love songs
For you my heart cannot divide
Rather wants to join together combine
Do you remember?
We did that long ago
In a place no one but us would know
Drowned each other in loves flow
When our eyes meet
Let’s glance away
Keep acting out our roles in this play
No words to say
Just dance
Speak our language of love
The language scripted above
Your body moves
Make others do whatever you choose
Your ability to trance seems to be enhanced
Has it really been that long
Since we both met at the dance?
Keep dancing my love
As I watch I stitch a new glove
One to wrap us up in
Take us back to the Onesource above

No Words

I want to see you
Want to talk to you
But I open my mouth
Nothing comes out
So I wrote a poem
A simple love note
But I didn’t send it
Just used it to pretend that
You were hearing me
Even though it was clear
And I could hear with my ears
You were not near
Seemed even more distant
When words won’t work
There are other ways to share our thoughts
Other ways for me to tell you your beautiful
I painted a picture
Drew a cartoon
Thought that soon our love would bloom
I got word, you thought It was special
Not enough to let me test ya
Not to find out if your worthy of me
Other way around
Wondered if you would be the one to turn my heart around
Currently it is a frown
More time went by
More distance
Why can’t I stop thinking of this?
What more to try?
All I’ve done is be denied
But when I think of her
It is only sunshine
Her beautiful eyes
And the entire night sky
How might I see you?
I’ve tried words
I’ve tried pictures
I’ll try numbers if I have to
Appear in your dreams to get atcha
Let’s stop pretending
See if you and me will be a happy ending

Atlantis

A little while back
There was a city
A wondrous place
Where everyone a scholar
Every women a queen
Milk and Honey
No such thing as money
Poseidon was king
He would make all the ocean sing
Dolphins and wales
Wise elders who told tales
Children born into the world fully enlightened
People thought Atlantis was a myth
Or simply a story like the Jedi and Sith
It was our last Golden time
Not yours not mine
Ours
Good news, the sunshines Golden again
The world of madness is over
And our new world can begin
Aquarius moon has risen
And Poseidon’s wife remembered
More importantly
The morning star, Venus
Poseidon’s daughter she has seen us
Forgetting about our divine connection
All of mankind's beautiful intersections
Each day a blessing
No need for guessing
Guidance, direction, and light from above
The air is filled with beautiful white doves
The city is to be rebuilt
The Earth one trip around her axis tilt
The new dawn is here
We will work hard and drink beer
Before each drink toast to life
Chaim
Cheers

My Heaven

The last time we had a real date
I felt great
Better than two super 8’s
Had lunch at a favorite spot
Went back to my crib
Just chilled
Your smile told me you were thrilled
My Christmas present hit your heart
Right where I was aiming
Told me I was changing
Back into the man I always knew I was
More proud to be the real me
Soft kisses on the couch
Lead to more
Showed you my room
You left in a rush to babysit
Maybe you forgot you left something behind
Later I would find
Pink sunglasses between my bed and wall
Lost in the crack
At a wedding in March
We saw each other again
I wanted to talk to you so bad
When you exclaimed I want that at my wedding
I thought “you mean ours” just pretending
All of spring went by
No words from you
Not even goodbye
In mid July
Took two weeks home to relax
Went to the Grassroots festival
Wearing your pink glasses, my colorful shirt, and plenty of swag
Before I left my prophet wished I would just let you be
I should of not been surprised
When your glasses kept falling
In front of me
I wanted to show you all of me
I guess I brought you home secretly
On my own journey
Guided by my Gabriel
Sitting under a tree
Your pink glasses feel right off of me
That time I got it
I saw clearly
You wanted to be part of me
So I just let those glasses be
A few days later your movie theater was under attack
Time to put on my Jedi black
But underneath was my purple heart
My pure divine armor
Since I left you in Heaven I knew you were safe
But I was still reminded of our great dates
Whenever you’re ready, so am I
You’ve seen my Heaven
I will keep you from my Hell
Because that is a place I no longer dwell
I’ll call as soon as I can
Maybe we can just go for a walk
Things will be swell
Darling we don’t need to ring wedding bells
I just want to hear your compassionate yells

It Takes Two

To start we need more than one
At least two
Who knew?
Didn’t we all?
Signs all over
Always see others playing ball
Pick up the phone
Make a call
See there are others
Everywhere
Sisters, brothers, mothers
Not just you
Not just me
Personally, I like the number three
You, her, and me
Together we live infinitely
Sit around the fire
Watch it burn our desires
Melt away our worries
Like a funeral pyre
We celebrate
We dance
We ask for new life to create
Bring more friends to the table
Love one and all
We are all fully capable
This is not a fable
Not a silly story
Just to pass time
These are words divine
Known for all time
Have you heard?
Don’t believe that is the word?
I think you’ve heard it
Because it is everywhere
No need to stare
If you think it is just one song
Don’t listen that long
Fix your gaze out the window
Watch falling snow
Watch a gardner hoe
A hunter tighten their bow
Pretty soon
There is no stopping the messages flow
Now you know
We need two
I like three
And thee
All of us
We

A Mazing

You’re amazing
Not Surprised
Just been waiting
Hoping for nights like we’ve had
I send you home feeling more than glad
It’s your heart
It’s your light
Your desire to take flight
I want to be there
Help you grow
Fill in the gaps
Let you know, what I know
I’m sure you know much more
Please feel free to show
I will not bore
How we met
was it coincidence?
Or a chance to meet the best
The question is not what’s important
Nor is the answer
When I think about you:
Heart, passion, drive, beauty, It’s all a blur
Plus you’re an amazing dancer

The Call

We are all chosen
We can all answer the call
The question is:
Will we pick up the phone when the call comes
Your phone won’t ring
This is the call from above
The one the Heavenly choir sings
Harps, strings, trumpets
Milk and honey for all
Pick up
Answer this call
For our world to change
We need the whole world
Every soul
Every women, man, and child
Lift up your hearts
Lift up your minds
Lift up your hands
You may cry
But these are tears of joy
Spread them
Embrace each other
Address everyone sister, brother
She has returned
Our divine mother
To reclaim her land
To return her love forgotten
We are not sons begotten
Only suffering from amnesia
No need to say see ya
Just I C ya
We are all hear
All at the festival
All ready to dance
All ready for a brand new chance
The call has come
All of us already chosen
Will you answer
Because the party has already begun
